Our historic neighborhood is well-known for many things, and one of them is our plethora of local breweries. On Saturday, November 3rd, Ballard is proud to put on our very first Ballard-Brewed Winter Beer Festival.
For many years, Ballard played host to the Washington Brewers Guild’s Winter Beer Festival, which took place at Hale’s Palladium. Now that the Winter Beer Festival has moved to a larger location in Sand Point, Hale’s is ready to host the neighborhood’s own brew fest, one featuring 11 breweries exclusively from within the Ballard neighborhood confines!
On Saturday, November 3rd from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., visit Hale’s Ales Brewery’s beautiful event space, the Palladium, and experience all that Ballard beers have to offer. Participating local breweries include Stoup Brewing, Reuben’s Brews, Populuxe Brewing, Peddler Brewing, Obec Brewing, NW Peaks Brewery, Maritime Pacific Brewing, Lucky Envelope Brewing, Lagunitas Brewing, Hale’s Ales Brewery, and Bad Jimmy’s Brewing.
Proceeds from this event will go to Bellwether Housing. Bellwether Housing is a low-income housing program, providing housing to low-wage families and helping to transition homeless families and those with special needs in the King County area.
