Q: What are the parking options?

A: Parking is available to Hotel Ballard guests in our underground parking garage at a discounted rate of $15 per night. The garage’s entrance is located on 20th Avenue between Leary Avenue and Ballard Avenue. Hotel Ballard guests may pull in and drive past the pay machine without paying, they will then take the elevator from the garage directly up to the lobby. Upon check in, the front desk will provide a parking pass to be placed on the car dashboard, this pass will be valid throughout your stay.

Q: Are pets welcome?

A: Pets are always welcome in the lobby of the Hotel and in the Olympic Rooftop Pavilion. Unfortunately, pets are not welcome in our guest rooms as we do not have designated pet friendly rooms. 

Q: Do you offer airport transportation?

A: We do not have a shuttle service directly affiliated with the hotel, however we partner with a local town car service to provide private, flat rate town cars to and/or from the airport. 

Q: What time is check in and check out?

A: Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.

Q: Do you have a restaurant?

A: Yes, the hotel restaurant is called Stoneburner and is located in the hotel lobby. Stoneburner is a farm focused northwest restaurant with Italian techniques. The restaurant focuses on seasonal, handmade pizzas and pastas, and features a stone hearth oven. The restaurant opens at 3pm for dinner Monday through Friday, and 10am for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. 

Q: Do you offer early check-in?

A: Yes, however early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the front desk at (206)-789-5012 for an early check-in request. Your early check-in time will depend on our availability and the time of the request.

Q: Do you offer late check-out?

A: Yes, late check-out of 12pm is available upon request and are limited to 5 per day. Please contact the front desk at (206)-789-5012 to request a late check-out. 

Q: Can I ship an item to Hotel Ballard?

A: Yes, please include your full name and address your package to: 5216 Ballard Ave. NW Seattle, WA 98107. Our staff will hold your package until your arrival. For specific storage or delivery instructions please contact us at (206)-789-5012.

Q: Do you have a business center?

A: No, Hotel Ballard does not have a business center or computers available for guest use. However, our front desk staff would be happy to print any documents you may need. You can send your documents to frontdesk@hotelballard.com, please include any printing specifications in the body of the email. For more elaborate printing or business needs there is a FedEx with shipping and printing services located nearby at 1740 NW Market Street Seattle, WA 98107
