At Miro Tea, Liu has created a special environment that is modern, warm, and comfortable, where carefully-selected combinations of colors, materials, and finishes create a unique, memorable experience for tea drinkers. Eclectic elements are juxtaposed with modern, recycled elements and eco-friendly materials. The intent is to create a fashionable and tastefully hip backdrop for the enjoyment of high-quality tea beverages--long overdue for today’s urban tea drinker.

This is a temporary website of Cafe Besalu, small family bakery in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, and possibly the best croissant bakery on the entire American continent. Some may dispute this statement - indeed, it is impossible to taste all the croissants baked in the United States alone. However, it is safe to state that Besalu's owners James and Kaire Miller lovingly produce croissants and pastries that would rank among the top in Paris.

Our grapes are hand picked, hand sorted, gently crushed, pressed and aged in the best french oak barrels. Some years we may blend, others we may not. Our promise is to always produce the best wines possible based on what the vineyards, grapes and maturing vintages tell us. Our 2007 release is now avaliable at the winery.
