Q: What are the parking options?

A: We have an underground parking available for $15 per night. For directions to our garage entrance and a parking permit, please arrive in the front of the building at 5216 Ballard Ave N.W. and visit our front desk. If your vehicle is above 6’5” the front desk staff can direct you to additional open air lots near the hotel.

Q: Do you offer airport transportation?

A: We don't have a shuttle service directly affiliated with the hotel, but we can certainly recommend some of our preferred town car services. Please contact the front desk at 206-789-5012 to arrange transportation.

Q: What time is check in and check out?

A: Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am.

Q: Do you have a restaurant?

A: The hotel restaurant is called Stoneburner and is located in the hotel lobby. Stoneburner is a farm focused northwest restaurant with Italian techniques. The restaurant focuses on seasonal, handmade pizzas and pastas, and features a stone hearth oven. The restaurant opens at 10:30 for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, and opens at 11:30 for lunch on weekdays.

Q: Do you offer early check-in?

A: Although we cannot guarantee that the room will be ready until 3pm, an early check in request will be noted and every effort will be made to accommodate your needs.

Q: Do you offer late check-out?

A: Late check outs are available upon request depending on availability and demand.

Q: Can I ship an item to Hotel Ballard?

A: We will happily store shipped items for Hotel Ballard guests upon request. Our shipping address is 5216 Ballard Ave NW Seattle WA 98107.

Q: Do you have a business center?

A: We do not have a business center however, we would be happy to print documents sent to frontdesk@hotelballard.com, for more elaborate business needs there is a FedEx with shipping and printing services located on Market Street.
